New sequel anime for Code Geass and three compilation films

On November 27, 10th anniversary of Code Geass at the Maihama Amphitheatre in Chiba, it is announced that there will be a new project, and three-part compilation films trilogy.

 

The new project is named Code Geass: Fukkatsu no Lelouch (Code Geass: Lelouch of the Resurrection), with the story taking place few years after the events of Zero Requiem.

 

The three-part compilation film will recap all 50 episodes of the anime (Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion and Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2) and is projected to be released on 2017.

 

Cast will re-record their lines in addition with new scenes added into the compilation film
