Cuz I don't see how TX is superior than T1000, ne.... because he can survive impacts easily if he just liquify. I like the scene when the boy was running down the hall from game arcade store, and the T was carrying a box of roses. When he took the shotgun out and walked over the roses, I thought it was symbolic in some way.. I understand it was to hide the shotgun but why roses? The future was going to be filled with nothing but machines, and you won't find any flowers... so that's why I think it was portrayed the way it did by the director- otherwise, he couldve skipped the slow motion and the part where he walked over the flowers.
