Email Subscriptions

Now I'm not use to all these great and awesome cusomizeable options this forum offers me but I use other forums that have very similar set ups. If I subscribe to a thread, I can set it so that if someone instantly replies to a thread I get an email telling me that.... thought I cannot get that to work here.

 

I have the thread subscribed and got it set to 'Instant' but I get no emails. I have looked through the options but unless I am missing the obvious, I wondered if anyone can point me in the right direction? Or even if that feature works?

In case you don't find the emails in the spam folder either, it might be an issue with our email server. I'll talk to the server team to take a look.
