Okay, I'm just curious. How many of lovely people first learned about yaoi/Boys Love from Gravitation? I know it was my first BL manga.:_red_fox 3

Me! Me! Gravitation was the first shounen-ai anime I ever watched, and so it still is special to me. I'm thinking of watching it again sometime.

It was the first anime, but I had seen some fan created Harry Potter yaoi before. And it wasn't the first m/m I knew about. That was Kirk/Spock in fanzines. (I am old, lol.)

Here in Spain Gravitation hit pretty hard and got lots of fans very quickly; the manga got a very good edition too. As for me, I don't think it was the first but one of the first, I think. In any case the anime contributed to the popularity of the genre such a great deal!
