My favorite boy x boy couple is from the manga "Ritoru Batafurai". I read it in German and it was called "mein kleiner Schmetterling", which in English ought to be something like "my little butterfly" (??). The couple there was called Atsushi Nakahara and Yuki Kojima. They were pretty cute together, although I personally found the story flat
