Trying to find the fourth episode with english sub.. this one has a good story.

I just finished watching this.I was so engrossed that I watched the last episode without subs.This show was so good!That last episode though.Just when I thought everything was ok I was punched with the feels.It was an emotional roller coaster ride and now I don't know what life is.
