uhh...is this manga even licensed in english? . I do buy some manga that i truly like when i have enough money or chance to buy it, yeah...it took lots of effort and dedication but worth it. Sorry, no offence...but, not everyone is privileged like you. Talk is cheap.

Hi. So, Sublime purchases the rights aka "licenses" certain mangas, meaning it has the legal rights to translate and sell the manga in digital or print, with the author's and publishing company's permission. Sharing or hosting licensed mangas can get this site in trouble.

 

Now, because you have purchased a creative work, sure you can do whatever you want with the physical copy but the author/artist is the copyright holder and the original creator/owner of the product. Anything which violates the creator's rights can and will get you in trouble with the law. This includes freely uploading his/her creation (irrespective of whether or not you've paid for it) on sites like this which generate revenue from advertisement. You might do so from the pure goodness of your heart but in the court of law, that won't matter since you've already distributed copies of their work without their permission.

 

Hope this clarifies the issue of sharing/posting licensed material.

I am not rich or something like that. I just a normal student who save little money to buy yaoi with my partime job. But I think Internet is definitely the place we can sharing everything. I really hate sublime because they did have copyrights for Ten Count and some manga I love. This means many group cant continue doing their scanlations. Although Sublime manga is quite good in translation but some hot scence is cut without notice. So meanie. Thanks for your answer. I will share it in other place, maybe in my wordpress so everyone can read it.
