Personality

Gentle & Caring: Gentle and caring in nature, Dom is like this to kids, elders, animals, and living things alike. He treats those around him with respect, care, and gentleness, while never forgetting the feelings of others and always taking the time to contemplate what his actions might do to his loved ones. He can't stand to see living things get abused or hurt, and will usually try to step in to assist regardless of the consequences. He can seem different in bed and in things involving some type of sexual nature, such as flirting and the like even if he's blushing like a tomato. Although he won't physically or mentally hurt his partner and will still be gentle in a sense, he is the type to like being in control while having sex, whilst being assertive. He likes having hardcore sex, but also slow paced, romantic love making as well. Of course, he's up for pillow talk anytime, but also up for a couple more rounds of fucking too. He's even in control even when his partner seems to be the one doing so.

Patient: Dom considers patience as an active strength. Dom doesn't just sit there and wait, he believes that he's waiting for a purpose. And for that purpose, he does whatever he can to control his emotions, to fight his first impulses because first impulses contradict the idea of it. In other words, his patience implies a huge dose of doing what he actually doesn't want to do and implies hurting to some extent. To him, patience is a virtue, but impatience can get the better of him if he's pushed to that extent in situations. He portrays a calm demeanor, and is almost never wild or unruly.

Amiable & Benevolent: When in public and around human beings, Dom--most of the time--will be having or displaying a friendly and pleasant manner towards them. He's gentlemanly and gracious towards men and women alike, and never ceases to place an uplifting smile when addressing them. His pleasant, good-natured qualities also contribute to his benevolence, as he is shown to be well meaning and kindly. He oozes goodwill, and retains the desire to help others while being charitable.

Sensitive, Sentimental & Emotional: Dom is quick to sense other people's change in attitude and displays a delicate appreciation to their feelings. He feels a lot, is quick to tears, and is easily hurt because hurt because he tends to take things to heart. Because he's in tune to his emotions, the male is resourceful in that he can search for ways that will control his emotions when they're getting out of control. However, there are occasions where Dom can get very emotional, and his feelings will be easily excited and openly displayed. He is also excessively prone feelings of tenderness, sadness, or nostalgia. Many who notice these traits tend to view him as being weak and fragile. In a sense, he is, but these traits also define him as being strong, if that makes sense.

Studious & Intuitive: There are two meanings to Dom's studious trait. On one hand, the male is attentive to his studies and takes great care when it it comes to things involving his education and grades--like French. On the other hand, he is also studious when it comes to observing others. He can analyze a person and get quite a lot of information without even knowing the person fully well. Dom is instinctive and tends to use or bases on what he feels to be true even without conscious reasoning. His instinct is one of his greatest talents, other then using his vocals to sing. He believes that it's best to follow his gut instinct, because the outcome usually ends in his favor if he does so.

Romantic & Loving: As a romantic, Dom is sensitive, affectionate, and spritually-inclined. The paramount quality of a romantic person is sensitivity. The romantic is a person who FEELS deeply--which he does--and attaches a lot of meaning to those feelings. Because of this, Dom will express himself through such things as affection, verbal declarations of love, and meaningful gestures, all of which come from deep within. He is able perceive a richness of detail that is lost on the non-romantic type--such things as the fleeting expression of a lover’s eyes. In a split second, he can perceive a hint of sadness there, which the lover quickly tries to hide, by pretending it was never there to begin with. But he can see, and will be touched by it....This takes sensitivity, depth of feeling, as well as spiritual awareness. He loves to give love. Dom simply want to make sure that his partner feel loved, special, and appreciated. No gesture is either too big or small to show how he feels about his beloved.

Reliable & Resourceful: Dom is a person with trustworthy qualities, and shows consistent good in his quality and performances, and thus is able to trusted. He is capable of taking care of himself, but also others as well. When relied on, he'd do his utmost best to complete that task with finesse, striving to insure that the person will end up with remarkable results. Because Dom is reliable, he is also resourceful, as mentioned once before. Though he is resourceful when it comes to handling his emotions, he is also so when it comes to tasks handed to him, such as schoolwork, work, and the like.

Possessive: Dom acknowledges the fact that nothing in this world is only belonging to him, and knows that he has no right to try and own whatever he wants. He understands that possessiveness will only steal the freedom of that particular being or thing that the freedom is entitled to. Despite knowing that it's bad behavior to act out on this trait, there are occasions where he can't help but feel as if his loved ones, particularly his lover, are being taken away from him in some way. He tends to display this trait when he feels threatened by the other force trying to take away what or who he loves.

Innocent: When it comes to matters of the heart and real life situations--aside from sexual situations--Dom is uncorrupt. He is shown to be perfectly sweet, never committing any crimes or breaking rules, never gets in trouble because doesn't do anything wrong. In most situations, he is above suspicion and is even angelic to some. When it concerns sex--despite being a virgin--Dom is quite kinky, weak to pleasure, likes being controlled, yet also be controlling, likes being teased, yet also be the one teasing, etc. Needless to say, Dom is most likely unable to be boring in bed.

Flirtatious: Dom is inhibitly flirty only with his lover or a just a singular person that he is interested in, but will not make passes at anything that moves. During these times, although he'd be blushing and stuttering occasionally, his innocence will seem like a complete ruse when those words leave his lips.

Biography

Dominique Fontaine is a foreign exchange student from --- sent abroad to Paris, France to study --- . Although he is of French ancestry, he is not from France. Because of his family background, Dom is not fluent in French, and in fact, barely knows any at all. And while being in Paris, he is hoping to find a companion that would be able to communicate with him, but also teach him to speak, read, and write French decently. An email sent from his university of choice had decided that he's to be roomed with another male, one that he hasn't retained much information from. Dom is an only child who grew up in a normal, middle class family, whilst being loved by his parents.

The male doesn't remember much of his past from before eight years old, as he was found on the ground bruised and beaten and sent to an orphanage. The only contents he had on his body were some papers, stating his full name, date of birth, and the like, and that is how he knew of his ancestry. His parents are both male, who adopted shortly after he had been living at the orphanage for several months. Despite knowing his last name from the papers, Dom has no intention to attempt to find his birth parents. Because, if after so many years of his disappearance, if they hadn't found him by now--which they would have if they had tried to search--then there's no need for him to also search for people who don't care about him. Dom grew up well-loved and content, and sees no need to hold on to his past because he lives in the present, and looks forward to a bright future.

Dom's hobbies include flower arranging, gardening, baking, swimming, reading, writing, singing, and taking nature walks. He is claustrophobic, and cannot stand to be in narrow spaces and enclosed spaces. Also, his ears and neck are his body's weak spots.

Name:

Aimé Vauqueline

Age:

21

Sexuality & Position:

Homosexual/Uke

Height & Weight:

5'8/138

Personality:

Snarky & Sarcastic:

Most of what comes out of Aimé's mouth isn't exactly kind. He's not known for being encouraging or lovable. In fact he's known for being the opposite. When you need someone to be completely honest and direct with you, call on Aimé. He doesn't sugarcoat anything or say whatever will make a person happy. He'll be honest, and he'll be honest in the most brutal way possible. He won't be cruel necessarily... But he'll often respond to others with snark or sarcasm. He would rather do that than be overly polite when someone doesn't deserve it. Because of this he doesn't have too many friends, but the friends he does have understand that even though he's rough around the edges, he's quite docile and as loyal as a labrador.

Spiteful:

Another one of Aimé's not so popular traits is that he's spiteful. For example, he speaks English perfectly well, but often doesn't if a native English speaker approaches him. Why? Because they should have learned French if they planned on staying in France. It's mean of him and he knows it, but he can't help his spiteful nature. If someone hurts him or does something he just feels is so incredibly stupid, he feels he has no choice but to be spiteful about it. It's the only way they'll learn.

Tsun tsun:

Aimé is quite tsundere. He pretends to not like affection, though really he craves it. When he receives compliments he blushes and stutters and winds up just telling the other to shut up. There was nothing terrible that happened in his life to make him like this... He just always had a tough time accepting compliments and praise. Even so, his heart flutters when he does get them and he often works hard with the hope of pleasing the people around him.

Protective:

The gentle giant has a protective side to him. He especially feels it when it comes to his brothers and sisters. Even while others know he is snarky and can sometimes come off as mean, they know that he also doesn't like when people hurt others. He'll defend the little guy through and through and he'll especially defend the people he loves the most. He can get quite possessive of the people he cares about, but if he tries to speak this he can become quite awkward. Actions speak louder than words when it comes to Aimé, and that's exactly how he protects those who need it. A silent hero~

Quiet & Thoughtful:

It's hard being heard in a house full of kids and teenagers so Aimé learned to only speak when it was absolutely necessary. It wasn't so much that he felt ignored or that he never had an opportunity to speak, but he learned that his parents tended to listen to him more when they realized that majority of the time he hardy spoke. It made whatever it was he had to say important, and that way of living didn't only work on his parents, but his teachers and peers as well. Sure, majority of what he says is sarcastic or snarky, but if he thinks it needs to be heard, then he'll say it. In the meantime, while his mouth is usualy stationary, his mind moves a mile a minute. There is never a moment Aimé isn't thinking about something. Whether it be about what to eat or his friends or siblings what he saw on the news, there's always something running around in his mind.

Bio:

Aimé was born in Marseille, France where he's lived his entire life. His family is important to him, though they can be frustrating considering how many there are. Aside from his two parents, Aimé shares his home with two (protective) older brothers, Armand and Aurelien and two (equally as protective) younger sisters, Aveline and Amorette.

Armand (Age: 25):

Aveline (Age 17):

Amorette (Age 14):

Sayori.%28Personification%29.600.247628.jpg

Though they often fight due to the cramped space of their small home, all of the brothers and sisters love each other. Unfortunately one of the reasons they are all so attached to each other is because they lost of one of their own. There was a boy born between Aveline and Amorette; Anastase. He was just a child when he accidentally fell in La Seine, a popular tourist attraction and river in Paris. It was a devastating blow to the family, losing their beloved brother and son at such a young age. Due to accident, however, Aimé is now terrified of water. He can swim, but only because all of the children agreed to learn so their parents would never have to worry about something like that happening again. Nevertheless, while his brothers and sisters enjoy time at the beach or spending their summer in pools, Aimé refuses to go near either one.

When it comes to school Aimé excels in foreign language. He speaks his native language French (of course) as well as English, though very rarely does he bother to speak the latter. In school he studies Spanish and Latin, and he plans on studying German and eventually picking up an Asian language as well. Just for fun~ It's known that this area is where he excels, though he typically refuses to help his fellow classmates on the subject. It can get annoying to teach them since they only want to learn enough to pass the test and nothing more, not to mention there's simply so many of them. His brothers and sisters are a different story. If they come to him seeking help, he'll put down whatever he's doing to assist in any way he can. He's definitely a family oriented man.

Aside from that, Aimé enjoys reading, writing poetry (that he never lets people see), playing card games, and watching anime with his little sisters.

Fun fact! Aimé is the tallest of his siblings except the oldest, Armand. He and Armand are the same height.

[5:00 PM, After Classes On First Day Of Fall Semester, Sep. 23]

The smell of chlorine hung heavily in the air, nearly suffocating the tall, lanky boy sitting by himself in the farthest corner of the farthest wall. It was a disgusting scent, one he could never get used to no matter how many times he was forced to inhale it. How people could so easily converse in such a place, have fun in such place, splash each other and simply be happy in this piece of hell was beyond him. The sound of bodies pushing through the water sent Aimé's cold chills down his long spine and his shuddered as people dived into the pool, landing in it with the force of a destructive explosion.

Of course this disturbing, horrific scene was only as such to Aimé. Most people didn't see pools as death traps, especially pools in innocent colleges in Paris, France, but most people didn't have the horrible memories attached to water like he did. Most people didn't see water and imagine the worst case scenario since they never had to live the worst case scenario.

That being said, looking at him one would never know the turmoil tossing about in his mind. His face held a calm serenity, or as some would say, a nerve wracking stoicism. The blank, dull stare was one that was typicalyl seen on Aime's face even when the place he was stuck in was his own personal hell.

And the reason he was here...

The voice of his eldest brother echoed through the large stadium. Armand loved water, so much so that he had won several swimming compositions all throughout France.

And Aimé couldn't help but feel a sort of betrayal because of it. Of all the sports to get involved in...

Then again he was the only one of his siblings--aside from the second eldest, Aurelien, who didn't care about sports at all--who wasn't involved in water sports.

Well... People dealt with fears in their own ways. That didn't mean Aimé couldn't judge them about it.

"Armand! Allons-y! Maintenant!"

But Armand could hardly pay attention to his brother, not when he was busy swimming over to someone else to praise him on his perfect backstroke. Aimé remained in his corner, rolling his eyes at Armand and the guy he was talking to... An foreigner who happened to be in a few of his classes today and who couldn't speak French if the language slapped him in the face.

Well... That might have been an exaggeration. But he certainly had a lot of gall to come to France when his French left that much to be desired.

But still... He hoped people wouldn't make fun of the little guy about it. Sure, Aimé wasn't the kindest person, but he never went looking for someone to harass.

It was bothersome, nevertheless, to see his brother chatting him up when Armand could hardly speak English and when the foreigner could hardly speak French. How could they even talk to each other??

Perhaps Aimé would just head home for now, leave his brother behind to wallow in the water with girls and foreigners. It was what he was good at, after all.

"T'es un frère horrible...." Came the whispered words that were drowned out by fun shouts of happiness.

*****

Allons-y! Maintenant! - Let's go! Now!

T'es un frère horrible.... - You're a horrible brother....

[5:00 PM, After Classes On First Day Of Fall Semester, Sep. 23]

His chest heaved rapidly with heavy panting, breathing deep and even, a gentle snuffling of air through his nose. But gradually, his hearing cleared as a sense of awareness grabbed hold of his consciousness. The tone of breathing lightened, and took on a steady, calm noise, lips trembling with each outlet of air, the intake fluttering as it succeeded to infiltrate his constricted throat and feed the heaving lungs and palpitating heart.

Ears perked up at the sound of foreign words spoken in a complimenting tone, and red rose eyes peered through slender fingers in a soft, beatific expression. The hand rubbed at his pale skin, up and down and side to side as they cleared the water drops that emerged on his face when he appeared from beneath the water. Red rose eyes widened to normalcy as soon the blurriness of his sight cleared, and he stared, a small smile etched his lips. The expression slightly contradicted what he was feeling, because whilst feeling complimented by the male's tone, there was confusion because there wasn't the slightest bit of understanding that came upon him.

"Armand! Allons-y! Maintenant!" The loud, booming, yet surprisingly calming voice that caught his ears made him turn to address the speaker momentarily, realizing that 'Armand' was most likely this person here would stood here probably praising him in some way. It was hint due to the tone that his words had been laced with. The person who had spoken was his classmate, and even in that small amount of time that they had known--not really, because they never really even spoke--the student's observations displayed not much, but enough to come to the conclusion that Aimé, his name being the first thing the white head had learned, was adept in the art of speaking French and English.

At the moment, so the swimmer had seen, was of a calm and serene countenance. But the more he stared however, the expression had been leaning towards the side of deep stoicism, a blank, dull stare lacing his delicate features.

All Dominque Fontaine could do was turn back and stare wordlessly, nodding and smiling whilst saying "Oui," occasionally to indicate that he was listening, albeit not knowing a word that had been said. Being in a French speaking community, one would think that the white head would know at least a decent amount of the language. But no, it was more like he couldn't form a decent sentence of it to save his life. Words that were written on paper were somewhat understandable, but when it came to the actual writing and speaking...the thought made him lift up a finger to scratch absentmindedly at the side of his head, awkwardness consuming him as he chuckled in a delicate manner. Before Dominque could announce that he had literally not known what the other was saying for the whole amount of time he had been speaking, an amazing idea came to him just then, stopping his opening mouth abruptly just before he had spoken.

Dominque reached his hand out then in a gentle manner, grabbing Armand's hand before beginning to walk towards the edge of the pool in the direction that Aimé was located. His other hand reached up to wave energetically towards his classmate, a larger smile gracing his small features while a light, sweet voice came out to address the other.

"Aimé! Can you translate for me, please?" Despite knowing that the answer would most likely be a "Non", Dom just felt compelled to strike up a conversation with this person as intimidation and shyness was not really in his list of vocabulary words. As the pair made it to the edge, red rose eyes met violet eyes that chilled him in the most pleasant of ways as a small wave of his hand and a softer spoken, "Hello" was addressed towards the raven.
