It's bad manners to re-upload a copy of an active user without permission, but I was wondering what about an inactive user's, so I interpreted it as okay.
Regarding this user's title, if I find it again, I may share it. Because I sometimes like to read older titles! 

But even then, they are not my scans, so the sharing is only for a short time.
