Of course, the gorgeous green-eyed man would be anxious. If. If Jaron had refused him, he would have to use other means. Either way, he'd have his way. But he was too glad to have the man's permission.

He wouldn't mind moving for Jaron. He rarely talk. He had many people waiting and working beside him that he didn't have to say too much. Normally, people would tip toe around him. He smiled. Jaron's actions always managed to surprise him. The man was unpredictable and he liked it. "Yeah, sure."

He never had one since he wasn't allowed to keep one. But this must be what it's like. He decided right then that he would take good care of Jaron. His head was already spinning threads on what to do. "We're here. Come." He offered his hand as the car's door opened. His unit was at the forty-fifth floor. And he had the whole floor to himself.

Philip wasn't aware what that the other was waiting for him to make a move. He escorted Jaron and showed him around. He was genuinely happy for a new roommate. He invited the man in his home because he was enchanted by the pair of green eyes. "What do you think?" He asked. The temperature for whole floor was regulated because his crystal collection was scattered all around. He hoped Jaron liked it, too.

"Isn't it because they're pretty?" His gaze was now on Jaron's pair of eyes. "They deserve to be taken good care of."

Asking for the prices was considered rude but it seemed like the man wasn't aware of it. But he couldn't refuse anything to him so he answered vaguely. "A few thousand dollars..." He avoided saying it was hundred thousand dollars but he didn't like to be seen boasting about it either. "Have you picked a room?"

He was tired, though. His day had been long and normally he would take his bath, have dinner, then sleep. Today, his daily routine was disrupted. But what amused him was he didn't care at all.

He misunderstood but led him to the room they haven't visited yet. It was a large dining area with a long table and several attendants lined up on each sides. Even the lighting and the chandelier were crystal.
