Sorry, but there are 3 download links and the person who posted them re-uploaded the chapters on 4shared. "Download Dekichatta Shitsuji: Dekichatta Shitsuji ch.1 Dekichatta Shitsuji ch.2 Dekichatta Shitsuji ch.3" And if you meant that the group that translated them didn't post a download link, I think it meant that everyone should use their reader and not distribute the chapters they release. They did say that they don't want the readers to share their projects without permission, let alone download the chapters and then post them somewhere else.
