In a distant world, there exists magic called Magus. The Gods has given a selected few the gift to harness their almighty power. Thus, the Magus Users were born. Mankind were supposed to use this power to suppress the Dragons and Beasts which nearly brought humanity to extinction. However, mankind grew arrogant. When they finally claimed a land of their own, they fought with each other. Their greed angered the Gods.

To suppress these people, the Gods brought their descendants to Earthland. They had given them the task to end the war and to build a civilization where everyone was at peace. Countries were born and war ceased to exist for several centuries.

On the 5th Day of Year 762 of the Great Magus Era, Wellsburg Kingdom has started a war with the Hyldarian Empire - a united country consisting Hyldaria and Eregon. That was a complete violation of the Peace Treaty since Old Age. Despite the advantage of numbers, Wellsburg Kingdom won and conquered over the Hyldarian Empire and called itself as Wellsburg Empire. Not too soon, the neighboring principality of Borrikham fell victim to the uprising power of Wellsburg.

Upon hearing the news of the Wellsburg's world domination, the surrounding countries prepared themselves. They formed alliances and strengthened their military power. Khazaria, a Kingdom southeast from Wellsburg, opted to surround itself with a Magus Barrier. Khazaria has predicted they were next to be invaded. With a huge mountain range surrounding the northern borders of Sylveria and Phenex and a 5 kilometer high land elevation at the norther border of Logeria, Wellsburg's sole bridge to the south was Khazaria by walking through the edges of the Phenex Border from Eregon.

On the 106th Day of Year 762 of the Great Magus Era, as speculated, Wellsburg Kingdom had arrived at Khazaria. However, to their surprise, the kingdom has surrounded itself with an impenetrable barrier. The army had no choice but to make a camp outside the borders until the magus barrier ran out of mana - but the day never came. The Magus Barrier was supplied by pure magus from the magus rich soil of the kingdom. There was no way to break in.

Until... a traitor came.

The barrier broke and and Wellsburg troops has started their conquest. Khazaria was deemed to lose. Until the descendants of the founders of Khazaria intervened. They harbor the power of their ancestors - the power of the Gods which ended the war of old age. The six of them holds the trump card - The Lost Magus.

x Time Skipping Policy.

This is of course something most Roleplayer knows. But Just in case...

By no means one is someone allowed to time skip under these conditions:

a.)There are existing role players who still need to post in the same time frame the event is made.

b.) There is an existing event that needs to be role played for some more cycles.

However, we may time skip when:

a.) The role play is stuck, thus, we need to move the time frame to free our OC's from the event we stuck/time frame into.

b.) When the current time frame/event/arc is not into everyone's liking

THE STORY SO FAR

By invading the neighboring Hyldarian

Empire and the Principality of

Borrickham, the Kingdom of Wellsburg

had named itself Wellsburg Empire with

the goal of uniting all lands under its

regime. Fearing of losing their

homelands, all countries formed

alliances and strengthened their military

power to defend themselves when the

time comes. Khazaria did so as well with

the power of the Great Magus Barrier

that no magus can ever break. There

was peace... or so they thought.

"Are you alright with this? It is your own kingdom afterall. You

are the first prince and the heir to the throne. I don't

understand why you would not only want for it to be

invaded, you are even helping us conquer your land, Prince

Ein"

A General of the Wellsburg Empire said as he stood outside

the Magus Barrier of the Kingdom of Khazaria. For a year, all

attempts they made to break the barrier were rendered

futile, the yellowish semi-transparent barrier didn't even had

a single scratch even with the strongest magus spells of all

Wellsburg magus users in the army combined. They were

about to give up and return to their homeland defeated

when an unexpected visitor had met them at their camp. Ein

Lauren von Khazaria - the crowned prince and the next

generation king. Three months ago, Ein had disappeared

with on a word "Farewell" on a piece of paper atop on his

bed. There was a huge uproar within the Kingdom. But with

the Wellsburg Army just outside the Magus Barrier trying to

break it apart and fuly knowing that Ein was one of the

strongest magus users in the kingdom, the uproar soon died.

Prince Ein... who is a self imposed "Ein the exiled" had made

a deal out of them. Ein will help them break the barrier but in

exchange they will let him meet the Wellsburg Emperor and

join his cause. With this win-win situation, of course the

General agreed.

"You need not to concern yourself every little things. This one

will be breaking the Magus Barrier with his Decay Magus one

of the Lost Magus... and a forgotten one. Everything my right

hand touches decays - and that includes Magus. What to do

afterwards is your Job. This one will have a business to take

care off once he finished his role."
, Ein said as he stepped

closer to the wide Magus Barrier. He took off the Anti-Magus

gloves that prevents his right hand from decaying anything.

His right hand released a vibrant dark glow as he slowly

touched the wide barrier. Slowly, the barrier started to

crumble.

Only a small portion of the barrier shattered to pieces.

However, these several meters were enough for the

Wellsburg troops to enter and invade the kingdom. The

Wellsburg soldiers roared a loud victorious noise as they ran

straight towards the hole. "I still quite don't understand your

reasons. But well, I'm glad to have you on our side. That

makes my job easier", the General said as he ordered his

troop to stay in line and to be on guard.

- THE MAGUS USERS OF KHAZARIA -

Peaceful days. Though it is known that just outside the

borders of Khazaria are the Wellsburg troops deployed for

invasion, everything inside Khazaria was peaceful. Zwei

looked outside from his training quarters as enjoyed the view

of the busy yet peaceful kingdom. He was happy that

despite of all the danger outside the Magus Barrier, the

citizens are still living a normal life. Yes. It was their duty to

protect the peace of the land. He will never forgive anyone

who threatens to destroy this peace. His brother Ein was

missing but he believed that his brother left on his own will. Of

course, he still worries about him. But knowing how powerful

his brother was, there's no way he would die an easy death.

Looking away, he noticed a servant who was waiting to be

noticed, probably a messenger.

"What is it that you want?",
Zwei asked the servant who was

acting all stiff and nervous. Zwei thought the young kid was

cute and funny. Grinning slightly, he continued speaking, "Sit

down wherever you find comfortable. Tell me your purpose

of coming to my quarters. I have told every servants in the

palace not to disturb me while I am unless it is something

very important."

"Yo-your highness!! General Ezekiel is expecting your

presence in a meeting two hours from now. I have not been

informed of the reason of the meeting. He said he will discuss

it later on."

"I see. Tell General Ezekiel I will be coming. You are

dismissed"
, Zwei said with a disturbed face. It was not

ordinary for the General to hold a meeting so suddenly.

Palace meetings must be held in at least few days after

informing everyone in the kingdom. To make it in two hours, there must be something urgent. Zwei looked outside once

again. It was still peaceful. There shouldn't be any problem

with the barrier as no existing Magus can break the strongest

Barrier of all of Earthland.

He finished his training by cutting it of an hour and a half

later. He should have stayed until sun-down, however, he

needed to attend the meeting. Going to the meeting room,

he noticed that everyone else were already present. He

nodded at his father, the king and to the General who was

the host of the meeting. He looked around the number of

people around - Royal Knights, Palace Guardians, Royal

Magus Users and some other people where present. Zwei

was suspecting what the meeting is all about.

"Greetings to you all. I am sorry I called for a hurried meeting

and that I was not able to disclose you the content. The

meeting is about...." Zwei listened to the meeting as his

suspicion came true. Wellsburg Empire has started

advancing their troops inside the borders of Khazaria again.

It was not the first they did. A year ago, Wellsburg prepared

a massive invasion attack. However, they were not able to

break the powerful Magus Barrier that surrounds the

Kingdom. They even hired several Magus Users that

specializes in Dispelling Magus Barriers. However, they failed

in every attempt they had.

They should have learned that they cannot break the Magus

Barrier. Why is it that they try to persevere once more? Zwei

asked himself as the meeting ended up with nothing. The

people around laughed it off, calling the Wellsburg Army

idiots. However, Zwei just couldn't take his doubts off. There

must be something going on. He walked outside as the

meeting ends. "There's something coming. I can feel it", he

muttered as a strong gust of wind blew.

And he heard the voice coming from the ancestor who

appears in his dream.

"The time has come. Go, Savior of Khazaria"

He didn't quite know what his ancestor meant. However, he

knew this time he had to protect everyone. Failure is not an

option.

The streets outside a young man's apartment window bustled with vendors and consumers, looking for gifts, food, or just the things that they themselves desire.

Caius Amor Callixtus, the owner of said apartment, was on a role. The manuscript he had in his hands had almost seemed like it wrote itself. Though really, it was all because of his talent. If someone had asked him a couple of years ago what he would want to do with his life to bring in the dough, being an author would have been the last choice on his list. Now he can't think of being anything else besides an author that specialized in romance novels. Besides, it got females, and occasionally males, to flock to his side whenever they saw him out on the streets of Khazaria. With the attention he was receiving from the people, especially the attractive ones in his eyes, it was definitely worth it.

Before, he was never able to find a dream worth his time, or a goal or feat worth the climb, and thus he never really knew what failure was like. Except for that one time, that one time in that one snowy field. If it was related to failure, only that one time was when he had actually failed so many times he didn't know how much times he failed. Writing had always been his forte and he never had a problem handing in manuscripts on time. Many may call him too loud and proud for their liking, but who was he to care? What they thought of him wasn't his problem. Life was too short to worry about unnecessary things, like certain people's opinions.

As he scanned the manuscript quickly, he searched for mistakes, things he didn't like, things he wanted to add or delete, and the parts where he was really proud of himself for writing. Needless to say, every time he read one of his own novels, it boosted his ego. Red ink began to mar the pages, circling and underlining the parts that needed to be changed or that he wanted to change. One particular phrase caught his attention and forced his quickening hand to slow down its pace to a stop.

"Julius Amor von Éros was a man of purity, though his frivolous, outer personality says otherwise."

Caius didn't know why he named the main character of his book this name. There was no reason to do so, but it seemed right at the time. The man of this name had given him what he had now, the Lost Magus [black Eye] and told him to wait for the right time in which he will have to seriously use it. Caius is still waiting for that event to take place. It could at any given time, today, tomorrow, even in ten years time, but all he knew what that it would happen. It was definitely weird though, that the personality of his character was almost exactly like his own. Caius usually refrained from pushing himself into his characters, but this time... was different to say the least.

Pushing himself off his wooden desk, he placed the feather pen back into its original place in his holder and closed the cap of the red ink. He then grabbed a vacant folder and placed the packet of papers neatly into it. He sauntered over to his bedside table while holding the folder, grabbed his bag and placed the folder inside it, his arrow carrier, and his bow and dressed himself in them. Every time he left, his bow and arrows were the things that he never forgot to take. Who knows when he might need it. He didn't want to die just yet.

As he left his usual habitat, he could feel many eyes fall on his walking form, and a bright smile was the gift that he gave to all of them. He could hear the voices getting louder and louder, excited to see him outside.

Ah, the attention was lovely.

He began to head west, in the direction of the castle grounds, because his editor's place was also in that direction. The wind that blew past him as he walked began to caress his face ever so slightly, causing him to stop his movements and look towards its direction. Although the streets were filled with voices and loud murmuring, there was only one voice that Caius could hear.

"The time has come, love. You must go now, savior of Khazaria."

Before having gained his powers~

In a very quiet and peaceful town, unknown to most, was a large graveyard and a small family of grave keepers that lived in a small house. The family was made up of an old woman, an old man, and their "Son" age 15 at the time. The family's name was Fujimoto and they were the great keepers of the grave and practically the town. This town was one with a creepy reputation about it for those that knew it, however, those that lived in the village didn't believe the rumors themselves and all lived peacefully.

The spreading rumor was that of a demon living in the village that went around killing people in secret, which was why the graveyard was the largest part of the town. There was another rumor creeping out of the village about the demon that could make people commit suicide if they ever saw it. Since there was no demon however, these rumors were just that and nothing more.

~~~
A year later, a young teenager, rather short for his age, walked out of the door of the Fugimoto house and began making his way into the graveyard. He had a large bouquet of flowers in his hands a villager asked for him to place on the grave of their loved one. The Lady who asked was very old woman who's husband had died some time back and it was the day before the anniversary of his death, the lady asked the grave keepers to complete the task since she was being taken to the hospital in another town by her daughter.
The male had his eyes closed as if he were blind or the sun just burned them as he stepped outside. It was the day after the request was made and the teen was more then happy to deliver the flowers. He hadn't attempted to open his eyes even a little bit while he walked towards the grave and he stopped in front of the correct one and placed the flowers down. The teen gave a small prayer for the soul and stood again to face out towards the sunrise. The male slowly opened his eyes and watched the colorful sun for a few minutes before he closed his eyes again and returned to the small house.
The teen had only taken a few steps before he suddenly dropped to one knee. There was a strange ringing in his head before the male suddenly collapsed to the side unconscious. Reply. a distant voice, quiet and hard to understand called out. Reply, the voice called getting closer and more clear.
Of course, the teen thought back in his head. He was calm and relaxed as if he'd done this a hundred times before.
Time to awaken, Shekei Candor Von Hades, Magnus user Reaper. The voice spoke once more and before the teen had time to reply or ask about them, he woke on the pathway in the graveyard.
Shekei sat up slowly and placed a hand to his head. He'd seen many strange things in his dreams, but, everything was all messed up, jumbled, and in utter pieces. The only reason the teen hadn't been worried about the voice was because he'd heard it before. It was so familiar but it truly was a voice that lingered in his thoughts as it always woke him from his slumber. However, this time was a very different case and Shekei wanted to understand what the voice wanted of him. That voice was the reason Shekei had closed his eyes so many years ago and had since only opened them when he was alone.
~~~

Every night since that day, Shekei had dreamed more clearly and more fully as he learned about spells in the body of another. It took a long time before Shekei realized his dreams were in fact memories of him in past lives having used the skills of "Magnus". The teen would later practice most of these spells on his own away from the town.

There were some spells that he had to dream about more then once to actually figure out how to do it himself. The summoning of his weapon was the quickest and easiest for him to do and the summoning of Moeagaru was so hard to master that every time he tried, Shekei passed out. This happened nearly a hundred times in a year and a half before he finally was able to stay conscious and he finally figured it out fully by the 2 year mark. Shekei was now 18 and still upholding his duty as a grave keeper, and he held onto his old name and the family that raised him.

"We have a full house!" The dealer announced as the two players were revealing their cards. "Can you even beat my full house?" A burly male laughed, showing off his pair of kings and three jacks. On the opposite end of the table, a turquoise haired male had a mocking smirk as he placed his hand on his hidden cards. The anticipating bystanders were waiting silently but impatiently for the other to reveal his hand.

"It's five of a kind!" It caused an uproar within the house. Some bystanders were grumbling as they had to pay up for betting on the wrong person while the rest were silently mocking them as they received their cash. "By judging a book by its cover, you'll only lose pathetically. Knowing your enemy is essential if you want to win a fortune back. " The winner twirled the joker card in his fingers as he continued mocking the loser while the others were watching the commotion.

"That's enough of teasing, Silverdo." The dealer spoke up as she took back the cards into the deck and reshuffled them. The nineteen year old male has no intention of listening to the staff. Lifting himself up onto the table, the young adult walked across the stable furniture, towards the older man. Crouching down at the other's eye level, the young male smirked, "Have you lost everything just because you owed me a couple of thousands?"

It triggered the anger signals from the other and the next moment, Keith found himself almost getting hit by a big fist. Man's pride are the worst. Fights frequently occurs in casinos as men hate the taste of losing and humiliation. With that, the burly man shot up from his seat. "You are all talks. Let's teach this joker a lesson." The man had backups. About five of them pushed their way past the bystanders, surrounding the table where Keith was standing on.

"Pathetic." The lone male laughed as he glanced down at the scalps of the figures. Stepping onto two of them, Keith jumped his way out of the circle as he shove the audience, who was in his way, aside. It wasn't the first time he got into a fight. The very first time, he fought inside the house which eventually led him to pay up for the loss. In order to prevent that from happening again, Keith was smart enough to take his fights somewhere else.

He only halt his running when he was in a dark alley. Turning to his back and facing the losers, Keith grabbed a wooden plank which seemed stable enough to hit someone a few times before it breaks. He bend down into an offense position before running towards the gang, preparing to strike them down.

Moments later, when the fight has finally died down, a lone man emerged from the dark area. Covering in bruises and blood, Keith was panting heavily as he laughed at his victory. His face jewels had fallen off during the fight, in its spot was his blood which covered a large portion of his cheek. "Die a dog's death!" Keith kicked away the hand which was grabbing his ankle. Leaning against a brick wall for support, Keith staggered away from the fight scene. He was doing a good job stabling himself until he is a good distance away from the scene, Keith slid down from his unstable position. Glancing up at the morning dawn, Keith felt a strong gush of wind blowing past his cold face.

"The time has come. Go, Savior of Khazaria."

Keith swore he could hear a clear voice whispering those words in his ear. Glancing around, he found no one beside him. Recalling the words he heard, Keith snickered at the sentence. "Savior of Khazaria... What kind of joke is this?"

Whistling, and cheering "Do it again, baby.". All those noises was contented under the secret club's hall of the main city. Fay used to work in the slump's secret club, but recently he got promoted and now moved to the main city's one. It was different, much different, the place was less filthier, they still have that slight stench of semen under the scent of perfume, the people was less drunk, a bit calmer and they paid more attention and knew better how to handle the boy's body better, which he enjoyed.

Revealing clothes, topless, just a few fancy thin pieces of cloth covered over the undies. Fay had a lot of golden jewelries as bracelets, necklaces, rings which also included nipple rings that chain up together by golden jewelry ones. They made dingling noises when he swinging, dancing and grinding erotically against the shiny steel pole, located in the center of the hall. The people couldn't stop themselves from desiring the boy's erotic smooth feminine body that was showing off, they surrounded the stage, reaching just to touch it for a bit, feeling him with their hands, some even tried to get him with money, but the boy was not greedy, he teasingly let everyone have a bit of a feel on his body, any part they like, with money or not, he mostly did it because he liked the feeling of it. Thanks to that, the crowd around him never got too wild or rush onto the stage to attack like most of the dancers here got.

The show went on for about half an hour to 45 minutes. His work was done, he never got on stage too long or too short, just enough for people to long for him more and more. Just went he headed backstage, his boss got to him and whispered in his pretty little ear, about a costumer wanted to have "a lovely night" with the boy. The boss never pushed Fay to do it; he'd just agree to do it himself and even share 20% of the money he got for him, it was just good business. He nodded and went straight to the room that had been settled already and awaiting for him and his costumer. He opened the door, a tall tanned man, brunette hair, he was old but not so old, around 40 but was quite a looker, standing by the window looking out, his eyes shifted to the boy when he appeared, still in his bellydancing outfit. He leaned by the door seductively, motioned his finger for his costumer to come over, the other male indeed started moving. He reached the boy and had his arms around Fay's waist and pulled him close to the man, Fay could feel the man's muscle, so firm and strong, he liked it. He leaned forward, pressing his cheek against his costumers' and whispered "Mhmm I'll let you enjoy the best feeling in the cosmo tonight" and smirked. The man with lustful eyes after those words was spoken, he waited for nothing else and picked him up, Fay wrapped his legs around his hips to secure himself, he put him onto the bed and hovered over, he kissed aggressively onto his neck and chest, his hand gently pulled onto his chain nipples rings, causing him to jolted up lightly and started blushing all over and feeling hot.

Just when it was getting nice, a voice spoke in his head "The time has come. Go, savior of Khazaria.". It just interrupted the boy's fun, frustrated he grunted "Holy Allah. No it hasn't. Cut me some slack.". The man suddenly stopped caressing his body and looked at him with a questioning face "What's wrong?". Fay shooked his head and smiled gently at his costumer "Nothing. I'm so sorry... Let's continue" he kissed the man on his neck while he did the same, now he even started to grind his leg against Fay's crotch, his hard on began building onto it. And so he continued to pleasure his costumer and himself for the night and cared not for the voice earlier, not yet at least.

The fun lasted for quite a bit, and ended up with his costumer fell asleep from tiredness. Fay quietly slid himself out of the bed and headed outside. He met his boss a few rooms away, standing in the corridor, just finished leading another customer to the "love nest", he let out a chuckled. They settled the money, he smirked and greeted his boss before leaving the place, back to his flat with the same stripper clothes, except for an extra jacket to keep warm.

THERE IS A certain beauty to death; an elegance in taking somebody else’s life silently and swiftly. To watch the lights fade from their eyes, and their chest heave as they draw their final breath. Anyone can kill a man — yet killing someone with grace is a different matter. Killing is an art, a skill one could spend a lifetime on perfecting. It is an art that should never be practiced carelessly; for the taking of another beings life could disrupt the flow of fate; change the world in ways one could never have imagined.

Anubis withdrew his sword from the dead man’s body. The dim light from the flickering flame of the only candle in the room illuminated the dark liquid dripping from the blade onto the floor, staining the ground with the essence of life. What effect would this have on the flow of fate? Who would grieve and who would rejoice? Did he gave a family? A wife? Children? Anubis didn’t know and he wouldn’t let the sentimentality of those thoughts get to him. After 7 years of assassinating assigned targets, he had learned to separate his emotions from work. Even if he never regretted his actions, he still respected his victims. As such, whenever there was time, the youth took a brief moment to shut his eyes and whisper a quiet prayer for the soul to pass on in peace. Then he disappeared into the night.

The streets of Seraki were quiet; almost eerily so. Now and then a lone dog barking in the distance could be heard, or a group of drunk men staggering home from the red light district located a distance away. Early in the morning as it was, the sun had yet to rise and the village was slumbering peacefully. Anubis knew that once the first rays of sunlight kissed the earth, the village would stir from its peaceful slumber, order giving way to chaos. A noble had been assassinated. Surely that wouldn’t come without its consequences. Yet chaos isn’t always bad. Whilst it may be a huge responsible factor in the destruction of something old and established, it also makes room for something new to be born.

Anubis swiftly leapt from rooftop to rooftop, only the faint light produced by the moon illuminating his way. He was like a black cat wandering trough the night, like a wraith in the shadows; passing the ultimate judgement upon his victims. Perhaps it would be more appropriate to refer to himself as a predator; it was a thought Anubis enjoyed toying with. That was the thing about Anubis. Whilst he was a rather quiet individual, rarely speaking up unless he had something truly important to say; he liked to think, and silence gave him a lot of time to do so. Especially at times like these, at the brink of dawn when a town was resting in peaceful sand in Anubis’ opinion; blissful silence.

Perhaps that was what got him to eventually settle on one of the rooftops, for once just briefly removing his black dog mask. Even if he knew he needed to be gone by the time the town was fully awake, Anubis decided he could at least sacrifice a few minutes to appreciate the beauty of the sunrise. So there he sat, exhaling deeply as he watched the sun slowly beginning to rise in the horizon, bathing the town in a warm, golden light. For someone like Anubis, this fleeting beauty was the very image of tranquility. There was little which could have disturbed this moment of serenity for the young assassin, and that was when he heard it. A faint voice ringing in the back of his head. First quietly; but then more clearly.

Anubis wasn’t sure how he knew it, somehow he did.

His ancestors were speaking to him.

”The time has come, wraith in the night. Fate has spoken, destiny decided. Go, savior of Khazaria.”

Anubis’ eyes snapped open, his breath catching in his throat. He couldn’t even remember shutting them in the first place. Did that mean he’d… momentarily dozed off? And what did the words he’d heard so clearly actually mean? Whatever it was, he’d have to brood over it later. Judging by nuisance quite a way into the distance, it was certainly time for Anubis to leave. So he shook his head slightly in an attempt to shake himself out of his dazed state, once more putting on the mask before nimbly descending from the roof. If he wanted to avoid attracting more attention than necessary, he’d need to walk the rest of the way by foot.
