But what you didn't say was that you were a heart-breaker.

 

You said you will love me all through the night,

Sadly, those nights never lasted very long.

 

Once in a blue moon, you'd shower me with love,

Oh how I waited and waited with joy.

 

Sadly those days never came very often,

And even if they did, those vines were like poison.

 

I wanted you to give me a lovely Blue Ivy,

But I'd never have guessed that you'd treat me like a toy.

 

Now I'm so glad I got rid of you for good,

Still I look up at the moon and sing our song.
