Well, if we're deciding on a shipping to do, if we did something like the Eruri shipping (Eren being 18 instead of 14, in this case), we can always make it so that Eren has feeling for Levi, though Levi keeps pushing him away, over and over again, stating that he doesn't have "time" or that being in a relationship isn't something that he's interested in, and after a while of Eren trying to coax him into at least trying a relationship, Levi and Eren go through the slow stages of a relationship together, trying to ease Levi into the idea, while the war against the titans is going on, leaving fear and difficulty in the relationship, and the constant fear that one of them is going to die.

I know that that all looks like gibberish right now, but, it was just an idea
