Without You A few emotionless words from thousand of miles away Just a bad moment, the voices in you head You were so close to leaving the world behind But something kept you here, keeping you alive I wish I could hold you, tell you how much I care It's not a fault of yours, this illness, but a burden you must bear I'd kiss your wounds and do my best To make you smile, to keep you here Humans may be filthy, but not you, I swear Why is it that the innocent must suffer And the ones who deserves pain the most Go unscathed? What you deserve I wish I could be the one you deserve, Not so broken, destroyed If I could keep mysef together Maybe I oculd take care of you I wish I could love you, like you deserve, And be your safe place But now I'm just a worry If I only could be whole... There's nothing... There's nothing as lonely as being in a crowd Nothing more sad than a lonesome smile People come and go as they please Without as much as looking at me There's nothing as painful as the clear-blue sky Nothing more cold than the bright sunshine When everything is hurting and everyone expects The weather to make you feel better There's nothing as fearsome as reality itself Nothing as terrible as hurting the one you love most Excruciating are the nights when you've got No one but yourself to blame for things you have done (Thee's nothing as exhausting as fighting a disease Time can't heal and doctors can't cure And no one seems to understand The wanting to end your life Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
