If you want to upload a general profile picture( visiable in your profile), you should choose the Upload-Profile Picture Option Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. Yes, you'll most probably need to adjust the profile pic's size. ( Maximum: 350 by 450 pixels or 73.8 KB ) You can use Paint( Windows Users) to adjust the size of your pic.
