ITH-Omerta not grabbing names ABOVE Dialogue box

Hey guys!

 

I have ITH & TAHelper & TAPlugins set up just fine.

It grabs all the text from the dialogue box with no problems. and translates the names appropriately only if they are in the main dialogue.

 

The Issue I'm having is that ITH doesn't extract/grab the Character names ABOVE the dialogue box. I've done a ton of google searches and read a bunch of threads, but not seeing any solution for this. I know it's a minor thing, but it's driving me nuts not knowing who is speaking.

 

Any ideas would be awesome.
