proxy shipping help

i dont know if this is the right section to ask this topic but i need help 

i was thinking about buying a no thank you!!! mousepad from parade's website, i think they take paypal if your in a different country but i dont use paypal, so is there a proxy website i could use to buy it? ive used buyee as a proxy for my other goods, but i dont think you can buy something from a website unless its one listed on buyee if im correct? 

if there is any proxy site that allows you to buy from certain sites i would like to know... and if they are safe too! i wouldnt want to dump a bunch of money on shipping for it to be lost or some
