Ay_16r Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago (edited) This is not very known BLCD, because it is based on novel, that has no translation, AFAIK. A simple story. An ordinary office romance. Slow burn as it is. Keiyaku Furikou || Breach of Contract 契約不履行 黒田崇矢 × 遠近孝一 Kuroda Takaya x Toochika Kouichi Release Date 2004/09/25 Based On Novel Author Yoshiduki Syouko (義月粧子) Illustrator Yukifuna Kaoru (雪舟薫) Misaki, a talented engineer, and Tsuchiya, the exellent sales manager, were once boss and subordinate. Misaki, with his handsome face and strict work ethic, is often shunned by those around him, but Tsuchiya had deep trust in him because of his unexpected caring nature and warm personality. This trusting relationship between the two continued even after they both got married. Tsuchiya divorces, and Misaki's wife passes away. Seeing Misaki weeping in his mourning clothes, Tsuchiya realizes he is feeling aroused and impulsively kisses him… The awkward Misaki and the bold Tsuchiya — a mature love story between two people who cherish each other. "I love you, Misaki-san." "What do you mean?" "I love you. I want to hold you. I want to make you mine!" "Sorry, I didn't realize it at all..." ................... "So you're saying you'd sleep with me out of compassion?" "No! That's completely wrong!" "What is wrong?" "I'm saying it's okay WITH YOU! I'm not the kind of person who initiates things myself. But if you want to, I can accept. That's because it's YOU." ................... "Hey, I don't think I'm wrong, but... wanting you, not wanting to let anyone else have you, wanting to be with you forever... isn't that what it means to love you?" "Maybe... I feel that way too." ---------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------- I love their voices, love their chemistry, love how they get into each other. Btw, sex scenes was not loud and sounded kinda natural, like irl. I listened this idk how many times. But business-related parts were quite difficult to understand, and I got the plot mostly in part of their romantic line and their personal life. T_T So I decided to make a transcript and then translation of this BLCD, it took about 22 hours to translate it into English and to verify it few times. >_< I added txt-file with my translation to the archive. If I have to correct it one day, a new link will be posted Please Register/ Sign In, in order to see the links. r. Feel free contact me if I mistranslated something important (well, I don't care about typing error, but if it plot related I may even redact the file) or if the file doesn't work. thankyoui Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago That’s seriously impressive. 🥹 22 hours of translating and double-checking everything is a huge amount of work and dedication. Thank you so much for putting in the effort to make this BLCD accessible in English! Honestly, fan translators like you are the reason so many people like me can enjoy works they’d never otherwise understand. I panicked all these days, though it was not the first time Yaoi-Otaku was down. Yup, 22 hours is too much, but I'm not a fan of ai, I heard a lot that ai tends to add some new to translations it made or incorrectly interpret the original... The best way for me is still listen with my own ears and use my not-too-good-but-still knowleges in Japanese to verify and correct the script and then mtl. >_< 1

I don't really do translation for others but because my first language overlaps a lot/sounds similar with Japanese I was able to learn it fairly easily over the years and I find myself just trying to use papago and typing in the words that I heard from works (it's a hit or miss, sometimes I figure it out and sometimes I don't ^^;) lmao And I also agree with the whole ai thing; I remember just testing it out of pure boredom and I got more confused instead cuz it had so many words wrong when I wanted to see how well ai could translate things Edited 4 hours ago by Shaké 1

Thank you for your kind words! Unfortunatelly, I have no the original novel (I hope to get it when Japan will open shipping to us, that has been suspended since Covid), so It was really hard to understand it only with their voices. At first, it was not the same translation work like people translated at 2000s. I used online transcript tools, mtl and jishou web-vocabulary, because of difficult lexicon that even transcript tools was not able interpret correctly. I read the resulting text and listened to the track at the same time, and if I had a little doubt or "wtf, it has to be something like 'funeral', what is this 国別式 doing here" I typed it at Jishou with kana and tried to undestand and find correct word that corresponds the context. And so 3 times. And about words like 取り付け工事, 焼却炉建設 ets... I just hope I guessed correctly, for me it was "well, with that word the whole sentence has a point". But I still think I have mistranslated parts. I agree, it sounds like Heisei. They use cell phones and PC, but no mentions of social media.
