Currently DLsite doesn't accept PayPal and other standard payment methods if you're from overseas, but you can still buy DLPoints in

(I use this one since they let me pay with Google Pay using my debit card). You should try one of those two, I wouldn't recommend sending money to an stranger at all.

Yeah but I can't use my card and my only way to pay is Paypal 😭 since I'm from another country that doesn't use usd or euro they typically charge me a lot for the conversion of the money! And yes I totally understand the danger of sending an stranger money but I was going to send it to someone who already bought something and posted here

Oh, I understand, but you may want to consider trying it since sending money through PayPal can be equally or more expensive to you than the conversion, since PayPal charge transactional fees that varies depending on the country. I think in this case you would have to evaluate what is most convenient for you. I wish you luck resolving this!
