I checked links provided by Toshio and they work. Disc 2 is hosted in 4share, if you don't have an account you can't download it, if that's the case, let us know and we'll upload it in another host

Could someone possibly repost Disc 2? The 4shared link no longer works. Once you click download, it takes you to a page that doesn't says the file is no longer there T.T
