this was the first konohara narise novel i read and it just broke my heart--the level of angst and pain was pushed to the limit it's like standing on the edge. it was a long while before i could bring myself to read it again. i love this. but i must say hako no naka is my favorite because it showed portions of the main characters' lives together in the side stories as time passed and they've grown old.
