When you first extract, you'll get a .7z- file. I'm sure there's some reason for this but all you have to do is use 7z to extract the new lesson.7z- file, and then type the password from the folder (from_yumemitai). From there you'll get another .7z file, this time with the password in the name, although you don't have to enter the password to extract it. Extract it, and then you'll get the game files. I assume by text file you're referring to the .7z- file, but if you mean something else let me know the name of the text folder and what you extracted (original, .7z-, or the one with the password in the name) to get it.
