For now the best option is to play game non-stop and use hybernation on PC so I wouldn't turn the game off. That's the only way to reach second routes like Liu, Luca, Azusa and Toudou. Luckily all I needed from the game this time was Tachibana. But I would really happy to know how to solve my saving problem for the future times!
