As the boys headed down the hall to Haru's room, it was just him and Haruhi left in the kitchen. Yumro smiled as he gently leaned in and squeezed Haruhi hand. "It good to finally have him back home right." ------------------------------------- Shan woke to the steady sound of rain drumming heavily against the window. He rolled over before slowly pushing himself upright, still groggy from sleep. The darkness of the room did little to help him wake up. In moments like these, having a physical body definitely had its downsides. With a quiet yawn, he reached across the bed, instinctively searching for the familiar warmth beside him. Instead, his hand met only an empty, cold mattress. There was no sign of Haru. Trying to shake off the last remnants of sleep, Shan climbed out of bed and opened the bedroom door. The hallway beyond was dark, the lights still off. A soft violet glow spread through his pupils as he let a fraction of his power slip free. His natural night vision was already excellent, but with his abilities awakened, every shadow sharpened into crystal-clear detail. He padded silently down the hallway toward the living room and the open kitchen beyond. The moment he stepped into the room, he froze. Curled up in one of the dining chairs was an enormous ball of black feathers. Shan wasn't frightened. He had seen Haru's harpy form before. But this... this was different. He'd grown. His wings were broader and stronger now, layered with sleek adult feathers instead of the soft baby once. Then another sensation reached him. The sharp, metallic scent of blood. It was fresh. For one terrifying moment, Shan's heart lurched into his throat. Had Haru been hurt? Had something happened? As far as Shan knew, Haru was a hardcore vegan who couldn't even tolerate the smell of blood. "Haru..." Shan's voice came concerned as he hurried closer. "Are you hurt?" ------------------------------------- ["You were very very foolish to not tell me how bad things was for you. I would have come.”] Heat rushed to Julius's face the instant he realized his mate had him caged in, looming over him with pupils blown wide until his eyes looked almost completely black. The witch caught his lower lip between his teeth, fighting to steady his breathing as he forced himself to take slow, measured breaths. [“I’m very worried about you. So much so that I want to fully strip you and inspect every inch of you. To see you like this….”] Yeah... Julius wasn't the only one who had been thinking about, ahem, reconnecting with his other half. Despite his body still being worse for wear at the moment, it wasn't unresponsive to Yukie's touch. It was as though a dormant spark had flared back to life the second Yukie just looked his way. Between everything that had happened and the toll it had taken on him, Julius hadn't had the time or the energy, to even take care of himself. The only exceptions had been the few heated phone calls with Yukie, where things had gotten a little carried away, but that was as far as he'd gone. He hadn't been in a mood or felt any needs to otherwise. Now Now, however, Yukie was here, slowly kindling a fire inside him that only continued to build, awakening parts of Julius he hadn't felt in months. "You make it sound like I can't take care of myself," Julius mumbled in soft protest, even as Yukie's gaze devoured him, lingering over every inch of his body as though he were made of gold and diamonds. Yukie simply tipped his chin up and silenced him with another breathtaking kiss. The witch's thoughts dissolved instantly. His fingers curled into Yukie's collar, tugging him just a little closer. His heart pounded so hard he could hear it roaring in his ears, and all he wanted was to wrap himself around his mate and never break the kiss. But sadly or perhaps fortunately, Yukie knew exactly when to pull away, insisting that Julius eat first. "Don't start something you can't finish, my little devil cake," Julius teased, his voice still rough from the kisses. "I'm not that weak. I can still tackle you and have you groaning beneath me.. or into me" Julius tried to sound cocky, but the growing flush creeping across the tips of his ears betrayed him. After that comment, he hurriedly stuffed his mouth with food, using it as an excuse to keep himself from saying anything else that might get him into trouble. If Yukie decided to go full demon on him right now, Julius wasn't entirely convinced he wouldn't just pass out. The meal disappeared surprisingly fast as they both wolfed down their food. Even Julius cleaned his plate without a single complaint. By the end of it, though, he was absolutely stuffed. He couldn't remember the last time he'd eaten such a large meal, but he'd done it for Yukie's sake. With a small groan, Julius pushed himself to his feet, shuffled over to Yukie, and promptly climbed into his lap. There was a quiet sort of pride in the gesture, as if he were silently saying, 'See? I ate it all babe. Now praise me.' He burrowed against Yukie with a contented sigh, nuzzling into him before mumbling "I'm stuffed."

i wouldn’t say it’s complete - there is like an extra short story like mangas usually have at the ending. but i don’t believe that has a track to go along with it, and if it does it’s not on soundcloud. i know some CDs don’t have tracks for the extras but if you said the CD originally has 7 tracks - then for the most part those 5 tracks on soundcloud do go along w the first 5 chapters. it was still an enjoyable listen even with the 5 tracks only tho ^w^ there is also a volume 2 i believe .. i wonder if they did a volume 2 audio CD as well but i doubt it lol
