I decided to answer your post because i actually did some searching on that same novel.

However i must tell you ,unfortunately, this novel from Konohara Narise sensei wasn't licensed nor translated.

So, by this i mean, it'll be really hard to find it, and if we do, it'll be in japanese.

 

I managed to find the original name : あいの、うた

 

However, since i don't understand japanese, i can't tell if it's correct and i also couldn't find anything uder this name(or better, i probably did but didn't understand it. :/
