It will play a little like Silver Chaos were the choices move the story along. It's simpler to do and then I know for sure I have the basics of using Renpy down. However my bigger plans for it are....Well...Bigger with a stat system instead of choice progression, but until I get that good I'll work on this version. I currently do not have an artist, but I can draw. Games is based on Resident Evil (thus the RE title as well as a joke to the intro as you're making a letter to S.T.O.R.M) My current priority is to figure out how to write the story, and plug it into renpy without graphics for now. I have to limit myself or I'll dream too big and go overboard. Start small and slowly build up! ---------------------------- Datable guys ----------------- Chris - Bara Character Leon - Flirt Wesker - Tsundra Billy - Sarcastic Romantic ------------------------------------------- Main Character is renamable Protag: Matt Noire Looks: Around Leon's height, red hair, grey eyes. His hair may be dyed. Job: researcher ----------------------------------------- I have the begining of the game written up already. Basically Matt (Or whatever you rename yourself, for the sake of making this easier the protag is referred to as Matt) is stranded in a hospital. The reason for this is because he needed more medical equipment to make a cure. Matt's a scientist, and while in the hospital he's killed his fair share of zombies. Power has been cut out for a very long time, and he is finally caught off guard when the power returns to the area. On the screens of every monitor of working tvs and computers alike is a reach out from S.T.O.R.M team- S.T.A.R.S Tactical Operatives and Rescue Medical. Knowing of S.T.A.R.S Matt realizes this might be the best form of survival he could hope for, in fact it goes beyond that. Instantly he uses a computer to contact S.T.O.R.M, it's received quickly and he has a choice of who picks him up from his location. Spoiler for your first decision! The first decision does not effect the game and is mostly an intro and a cg whore XD Reveal hidden contents Request Squad Leader: Zombies make their way to the room Matt is in and try to break in. Barricade yourself into the room is the safest option at the moment knowing help is on it's way. There's a loud noise outside the area as if someone is physically fighting their way to you. The wall breaks open and there stands Wesker. A Zombie gets past him and rushes to Matt only to be shot in the back of the head by a magnum. Wesker proceeds to carry Matt out of the area holding him over his shoulder while shooting his way out, and speed running to the base. Reveal hidden contents Request Flamethrower Division. - Zombies will make their way towards Matt, and he is sent a message to evacuate the area and head towards the train station. Matt moves and while escaping the hospital he encounters a licker that wraps it's tongue around his neck. Perfectly timed, a mazel tov that is lit on fire burns the licker's exposed body, and Billy escorts Matt to the train. During which Matt rests against Billy admitting it's the first time he's felt safe in a long while and receives a hair ruffle. Reveal hidden contents Request a helicopter - Matt locks the door thinking a hospital lock is tight enough to suppress Zombies after a few hours he realizes he's wrong as Zombies begin to flood through. There's a helicopter noise but Matt's trapped! As Zombies get closer they begin to fall over as a gatling gun on the helicopter takes them out. After it stops Chris holds the helicopter steady and leaves it on auto. He ten opens the helicopter door and tosses Matt a harness. After Matt secures it to himself he is forced to jump as more zombies enter the room. Chris pulls him in and closes the door and flies to the base Together the two share a cigerate, and not only ins Chris surprised to find another survivor but thrilled as Matt explains he's a doctor and a researcher! Reveal hidden contents Request Stealth Tactical Unit - The unit requests Matt to escape the hospital. While running Matt notices small spider like robots that skitter past him blowing up the area after he passes and shooting enemy zombies. After Matt bursts out of the hospital doors he sees Leon waiting for him on a motorcycle. Matt hops on the back of the cycle and holds onto Leon driving off into the night to the S.T.O.R.M base. (I'm going to really hate drawing cg of that.....I hate drawing cycles) That's it for now I have to keep it simple and sweet. Currently sketching out the rest of the story. They skyscrapers reflected lights and made every place shimmer and sparkle. Well until the invasion. My cell is dead so I no longer have a light source. Clear Novel Text Day 28, I'm hungry, cold, and still evading zobies at every turn. I'm tired. Wait is that, light? Exit NVL Mode VSN Mode Scene: Hospital Night BG ???: The back up Power for the hospital kicked in. I could charge up my phone maybe, maybe get medical supplies. On the other hand a hospital is where sick people go, and first place run by zombies...I do have a gun. 1. A. Go into the hospital B. Keep moving on C. Think about it. 1A. Reveal hidden contents ???: It's worth the risk...I know I can get clean water, medical supplies, and hell I could find a surgical knife or something useful that'd be good. Scene: Stairs Zombie:Uuuuggghh! ???: FUCK! 1A2 A. Shoot the Zombie B. Run! 1A2 A Reveal hidden contents SFX: 2 gun shots CG: Zombies flood in! ???: GET OFF ME! AHHHHHH!!! Game over screen. 1A2 B Reveal hidden contents ???: I don't have time for this! SFX: running, door opening and closing. Sceen: Hospital room. ???: Empty, my lucky day...Time to raid this place. Lets see, water, med kit, oh jack pot! SFX: Cell phone rings. ???: The hell?.....Hello? Albert: This is Albert Wesker, and who might this be? First name only, to be quick. Matt: It's Matt....How did you- Albert: Have you been bitten? Matt:No.... Albert: According to your signal my team is close by. We can extract you and bring you someplace safe. Who would you like to rescue you? This question is answered via the above post for the intro. I post the other half soon.
