The slanting light of Autumn washing across the wall pale and golden just as it was then all apples and Halloween The heat of summer shimmering above the street as we danced toward the beach - laughing dazzled by the long days of sunshine and freedom The green of spring fuzzing the limbs of the trees as we waited, sniffing the wind hoping for more. Rain waking the sleeping earth The icy pictures on window pane painted by frost winter cold and long - Back to back, under the covers warmed by each others heat we hold out for spring All the seasons spent together watching from the window of our room I remember them all... 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
