Maybe it's just a pic from a photobook/magazine?

I've seen the other Merveilles dvd and it's not from there for sure, cause, as you said, there Mana is dressed in a black leather dress and doesn't have that hairstyle... and Kozi also is dressed different in that one... I think it's from a show anyway... but maybe it wasn't released on DVD?
