Looking for a BL Novel title, help is appreciated

There is a BL novel I swear I read from here but I forgot what it was called and it is driving me crazy haha.

 

About an uke who got into debt (?) trying to help a woman. Turns out the yakuza(seme) was targeting the uke from the start. There was a climactic scene in a hotel, I think. In the end, the uke runs his own host club and there's something about a watch that was a gift from the seme.
