Need help finding a manga title

I'm looking for the title of a yaoi manga!!!

I can almost describe thw whole plot be i can't remeber the title to save my life!!

 

two childhood friends have a falling out over one of them replastering a piece of wall. years later they are reunited and learn the reson the one friend repastered the wall was because he sleep walks and in his sleep wrote that he was in love whith his frind into the wet plaster they make up.
