I don't really know much j-pop singers as I'm quite a newbie in there. Though for k-pop I have to say it's either BoA or IU. Iu's high notes are so remarkable (gosh, good day was sssooo good~) and BoA songs are stunningly catchy (hurr-i-cane venus~). I don't have a favourite k-pop girl band but if I had to choose I would pick f(x), as amber's in there XD
