Please help me find this yaoi manga about a school teacher and older uke

Hi everyone. I would really appreciate some help finding this manga. I'll try to describe the story as best as I can.

 

I think it's a oneshot, maybe 2 or 3 chapters at most.

 

The main character is a young man who works as a teacher in a kindergarten or school for young children.

He becomes interested in one of the kids fathers who is actually quite a bit older than him.

He keeps pursuing the father and eventually they sleep together.

 

I seem to remember the drawings for this manga being quite mature, like the older uke actually looks middle aged with lines under his eyes.
