Shattered by my broken dreams

I place my problems on the shelf

As my insides turn to ice

I still can't seem to face myself

Have somehow vanished from my mind

My journey has not started and

The truth is what I'm trying to find

 

Courage is now scarce yet somehow

I can stand to face the night

As long as I am not alone

I know that it will be all right.
