Star

 

 

 

As I stare up to the sky I see

The most beautiful star there will ever be.

I wonder when it will be mine

Of such splendour and divine.

 

Its light twinkles to and fro

Hoping that I’ll never go.

From underneath my window pane

I’ll always see the light so tame.

 

Now the time has come for me

To go and see what I can be.

See if I can travel far

And be just like the little star.

 

I close the window and turn away

This star has just another day.

Its little light has ceased to be

As I no longer stare and see.

This one is nothing but cute. Just pure cuteness. Makes me wish it to gain a solid form so I can hug it and squeeze it and rub my face on the fluffy fur, as I would on a stuffed toy~
