Profile trouble

I'm having trouble with my content profile background it's not staying what I'm designing it to be. It keeps reverting back to the original color.

 

This is the picture I'm tying to change it to.

 

I tried changing the setting to picture but it's still not working.

why don't you upload the image to photobucket and then follow the normal profile editing.
