To change your picture go to settings above and then on the left side of the screen there are labels with options and stuff and scroll down to find "profile picture" - that's the picture your your profile page, The picture for the forums is "avatar". If you need more questions just ask me and i'll help you out! If it's too confusing i'll add screencaps.
