The game is in japanese unfortunately ;_; but you can use translators such a Visual Novel Reader (best one out there) to translate the japanese text into rough english~~ theres a whole step by step guide to install it too! :😄

I have the files! Thankfully this game is pretty easy to set up. It's as OP says, you just need to click the .exe and you're all good.
