Romance. The Ugly Duckling kind of story, maybe.

In a remote village in Medieval Japan, a young lonely villager finds a badly wounded warrior.

When the warrior recovered consciousness he saw an ugly boy treating his injuries attentively.

The awful look of the boy evoked him a huge disgust response and yell to get rid of him violently.

Next time when he wakes up, his dirty bandage has been changed to clean ones but seems nobody around.

Next day, next next day as well, he finds himself properly treated...　I'll stop here!
