Driving me crazy - forgotten manga name

Okay, this is driving me crazy. My brain is supplying just a fraction of information about the yaoi manga, and I can't remember what it was to save my life. To make matters worse, the clearest image I have of it is probably just a "throw away joke" within it. It's a housekeeper premise. The Seme has a very young child, and at one point she eats a bug. That's it. That's all my brain will supply.

That was my second thought, but it wasn't it. My first thought was Happy Yarou Wedding, but it isn't that one either. The child is much younger than both of those children.

I found it. It was a short story by Naono Bohra called "Midnight Sun" in the Compilation "Yume ni Tobu Tori (A Bird in a Dream)"
