LOVELESS

 

I had a dream that was endless,

You were standing there breathless and staring as I was friendless and afraid,

We looked at each other as we realised we were nameless but didn’t know why,

I tried to cry but I was tearless,

You cried while skinless and wished that life was painless,

We both knew that we were becoming bondless and slowly we were trust less,

It was at that point when we became loveless while slightly being memory less,

I started to think the world was warless, but woke startled,

I was now sleepless and it was then I knew what zero was.
