Forgotten title of a cute yaoi?

I dont post here much but I need help remembering the title of this yaoi manga I read once.

 

It was a one-shot, and the art was more on the muscular bishounen side

 

The plot was a sort of WWII european prisoner (I wanna say german but I'm not sure) and this guy comes in to interrogate the prisoner, and kinky things happen but at the end of it it's revealed that it was just role play because they know each other, and they're actually next-door-neighbors separated at the border.
