I wanted to write a Hadaka Shitsuji Fanfiction and I'm scared that it will have a copyright problem?

 

will it be illegal (I didn't write it for sell or anything)

If you don't intend to make money from it there shouldn't be any problems. There are cases where some copyright holders express negative opinions about fanfiction, but it doesn't necessarily make fanfiction illegal per se. No one is going to hunt you down for sharing your fanfic online
