I don't get the chance to fill in the PW. The icon questioning it wouldn't hop out.

After being downloaded the jipfile just extract itself on its own.

When I click the file another tab pop out asking where to save the newly jipped file. And this two actions go on endlessly.

Can you help me? I admit that I'm bad at these things. Could you please help?
