Plot:

 

Years ago, the Wasp Lake pack forced Matthias out after he dared to fall in love with the Packmaster’s Omega son, Bree. Now Matthias has made his fortune on the sea and returned to claim his mate. But the world he left behind isn’t the one he finds.

 

Bree has become an outcast and been lied to from the start. He’s been told Matthias left because he’d fallen out of love with him. He hasn’t mated with any other wolves or borne them cubs, but the struggle against his Omega nature has taken its toll. He knows he can’t hold out much longer, even if he does have a secret den to hide in when he’s in heat.

 

Matthias takes shelter from a blizzard in Bree’s bolt-hole just as mating fever consumes the Omega, and the former lovers are reunited just in time for their world to change again -- for keeps.
