Hi dear, I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems extracting the file. I've double-checked it again, but didn't encounter any problem. I'd suggest you:

 

> check the file size [8.61 MB], in case of an incomplete download.

> try extracting the file after some time

> try extracting it on another device

 

I've seen people who are not able to extract the file sometimes, but it works when they try again later or on a different device.
