It seems to need some sort of encoding, so is it my computer's fault or the file is unreadable for some reason? ;~; I want it so badly but my computer doesn't work with me.

The file is intact, though I've heard that recently some versions of chrome are showing errors when trying to download from Sendspace. Anyways, I've added a new DL link.
