Can chapter 4 be re uploaded pretty please – both links don’t work (one for the password which I had to give a try, and the other is ‘not available’).

Also with vol 1 extra chapter and Drama CD bonus I got ‘KKnAf…. Zip is unsafe to download and was blocked by SmartScreen Filter’. So I couldn’t download it – is it a problem on my end or yours?
