Looking for this manga.

Hi. I suddenly just remembered a manga I read some time ago where the story goes like this. They are both high school students. Guy 1 has a beautiful face but is very mean especially to the Guy 2. And then something happened between them and they are now at the restroom/classroom. The Guy 1 is crying and apologizing to Guy 2 while sitting on the window. And then after he apologized he jumps out of the window but the Guy 2 got a hold of his polo shirt and it turned out the window wasn't that high. Sorry those were the only scenes i remember :hamtaro-005 (5):

Sounds like one of the stories on Ogawa Chise's "Sekai wa Kimi de Mawatteru",chapter number 4.

 

Well at least the description is very, very similar.
