It's about this guy whose dog(?) got sick so he takes it to the vet, where the Dr. scolds him for the poor care of his animal and so the guy just decides to give the dog up. the vet decided to teach him a lesson and "masters" him using a shock rod/taser thing. anything coming to mind? leaf3
